Orders
Orders are processed Monday - Friday. We do our best to keep order processing times to 5-7 business days. In some cases it may take longer depending on stock and manufacturing times. Loaf orders are made to order. Please be patient. We want your order to be as fresh as possible!
If you need to cancel your order please contact us at info@milagrossoapcompany.com within 2 days of placing your order. We are able to cancel your order if we have not shipped it out yet. If your order has shipped, unfortunately we are not able to accept returns due to the nature of our products.
Shipping
We ship through USPS. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Free shipping on orders over $150.
Temporary Closure
After a lot of soul searching and family conversations, we will not be producing any products right now. We are not sure how long this break will be, but we need some time to heal and be with family after the loss of 3 family members in such a short period of time. Thank you for supporting our small family business. We will keep the website active but will not have any products available.
